What a week we've had here. I know I only wrote last Wednesday but this week has been crazy! We started with intercambios on Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday we went to the temple, Thursday/Friday we had intercambios and Saturday my companion and I made a quick surprise trip to Madrid to take some hermanas breakfast. Hermana Barlow and I are companions but we feel like we are never together because we're always running around. It's been a crazy but very humbling week. We've really had to turn to Heavenly Father in prayer just asking for spiritual and physical strength and guidance. I have grown such a strong testimony that he is there, he knows what we need and he really is there to come help and rescue us. I'm sorry this is so short, but it's just been a crazy day. I just wanted to share a quick miracle from this week about our little friend angel. I think I've talked about him before, but angelito is the little 5-year old that Dora (our friend) takes care of. When I first got here in march, Angel, if you could say this... was a little bug. He was so crazy, always running around, screaming, and just a little 5-year old. This past week, we stopped by Dora's to visit her and she had to leave so we asked if we could just leave her with a prayer. We ended up helping angelito say the prayer and it was one of the coolest things ever. Dora, our friend who is learning about Christ and changing, has had such a giant impact on Angel and has helped him change and be better. He helps her clean, he loves Dora, he sits there quietly and he is more obedient. I guess I just want to testify and say that God works miracles and I am so happy to see this change that the gospel has made in this little child of God!
I'm sorry I am so short on time.
I just wanted to thank my cute mom for bringing me into this world 21 years ago! (And paps too!) I've had a great birthday, we took a much needed nap this morning and we ate at a yummy American restaurant. Tomorrow we go to zone conference and it'll be my last one..ekkk where has the time gone?!
I love the mission and I love serving my savior. Here's to another week in beautiful Spain!
